New Mexico 2013

I just love going to visit my good friend Betsy.  She lives with her husband Mark and their dog Morton in Dixon, NM....a really cool place. I have been lucky to visit them a few times over the years and I find something new and different every time....doesn't hurt that she is a great tour guide!  This past time was the first trip that the OB box joined me and believe it or not, I left Morton's treats at home!

One of the first stops....their gallery!  I think the OB box would be a delightful addition to the exquisite works of art that are offered there.




We tried to get a few pics when we toured Georgia O'Keeffe's house, but not anything allowed...not even purses.  So I got a few shots enjoying some hot springs later in the day.

Spaniel update

They are back and better than ever..haha.  Max is fairly deaf and can't see very well and Mia is not a happy camper during a thunderstorm.  They are here to stay so I may as well embrace them!!

Roanoke, VA

Trying to catch up with the Box.  I just returned from a visit to Dixon, NM...I like to think I am an honorary New Mexican..for at least one week of the year!  Anyway, my fab friend of many years, Betsy, lives there and this visit the OB Box got to go.

Before that, a couple of months ago we went to to Roanoke for Rich's graduation gathering.  I had never been and I have to say, it was quite enjoyable.  I got to meet his family, and celebrate a huge accomplishment in his life.  We were only there a couple of days, but had a great time.

We even snapped a pic in T Jefferson's bedroom!

San Fran

Our excursion to CA last October started in Venice Beach and included a trip up the coast to San Francisco...I love the view from one of the best parks I have been to!
